The A.C.L.U. (American Civil Liberties Union) has decided to join BlueOvalNews and the Reporter's Committee for Freedom of the Press in our defense against Ford Motor Company's appeal to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The A.C.L.U. will file their brief with the U.S. Federal Court sometime during the first week of February 2000.
Ford's brief to the Sixth Circuit is due 27 December 1999. It's expected that Ford Motor Company will change law firms from Brooks and Kushman.
