Ford Appeals To U.S. 6th Circuit 18 October 00 revised 07 Sept 01 After BlueOvalNews won the right to continue publishing in U.S. Federal court, it was reported that Ford spokesman, Terry Bresnihan said "We believe what the judge did gives us adequate protection for our property while at the same time preserving Mr. Lane's First Amendment rights." Ford has decided to make another attempt and squash those First Amendment rights that they reportedly BELIEVED the U.S. Federal Judge was preserving. . . .FORD HAS FILED AN APPEAL TO THE 6TH.
